Detrás de Apuntes de Hierbas
Sobre
Montevideo, Uruguay. Salomé works as a bibliotecaria in a municipal library in the Centro barrio, early thirties, six years in the public library system. Was raised in a household where her mother trusted only the pharmacy and laughed off her own mother's vague mentions of té de manzanilla — so Salomé grew up without any plant-based remedies as part of family life. Then 2020 came, the library closed for nine months, and a friend who had gotten into naturopathy passed her the first online course on plantas curativas as a long-weekend distraction. She didn't take it seriously at first, but the librarian habit of making structured notes took over by the second module, and a few years on she's now four courses deep, mostly from Hotmart, all of them on a single Notion database she calls her 'fichero de plantas'. Not a herbalist, not a medical professional, not a naturopath — just a librarian who has been studying plantas since that pandemic library closure and writes down, in question-and-answer form, what each course taught her, including the parts she's still not sure about. # ← 此次修改
